全自動點膠機出廠前的三步流程
所有的設備在出廠前需要檢修合格后才可以出廠。全自動點膠機作為精密儀器，檢修過程更為嚴格。大致流程主要分為三步：一、全自動點膠機出產(chǎn)完成的調(diào)試過程;二、出廠前的驗證裝機過程;三、到商家的試機調(diào)試過程。而且還要附有商品有關證件。在這里把判定的方法羅列出來，利便大家參考。

The general process is mainly divided into three steps: first, the commissioning process of the automatic dispensing machine; second, the verification and installation process before delivery; third, the commissioning process to the manufacturer. 一、檢修需求：
1、 Maintenance requirements:
1.全自動點膠機的外觀不能泛起影響正常工作和正常讀數(shù)的機械損傷和侵蝕，表面噴漆平整，厚度平均，無雜質。

2.內(nèi)部器件與表殼的連接牢固，電控柜內(nèi)線路整潔，線號齊全，設備內(nèi)部無異響

全自動點膠機安裝完成后，進行試出產(chǎn)，試出產(chǎn)中同時對系統(tǒng)參數(shù)進行調(diào)試。 試出產(chǎn)一個月后,雙方進行全自動點膠機的正式檢修. 在設備調(diào)整期間泛起非人為破壞的質量題目均可視為分歧格商品。
