打膠機設備使用一段時間之后，經常會有膠撥那個里面滲出流到油碗中，這個時候我們需要把膠清理干凈，然后為主泵和輔料泵加好機油。待到機油加好之后，用螺絲刀頂住泵機油碗下面的圓孔，按照順時針方向對油碗進行緊固，配比泵的油碗直接用扳手緊固好就可以了。
