打膠機工作過程中膠體出現結皮或硫化現象的原因有哪些？
當雙組份膠在混合過程中發生局部固化時，打膠機打出來的膠就會出現結皮或硫化現象。出現這一現象的原因主要有三種：

⑴膠體顏色較黑，固化快時，可能是由于B組分比例過高，過多的催化劑促使固化速度快。此時，需要適當降低B組分的比例，將結皮或硫化膠沖洗干凈后施工；
⑴ when the colloid color is black and the curing speed is fast, it may be due to the high proportion of component B and too much catalyst. At this time, it is necessary to properly reduce the proportion of component B and wash the crust or vulcanizate before construction;
⑵打膠機若打膠過程中伴有出膠慢的現象時，可能是混合芯長時間未清洗或清洗不干凈，膠體結皮堵塞管道。因此，定期清洗靜態混合器是很有必要的。
(2) if the gluing machine is accompanied by slow glue output in the gluing process, it may be that the mixing core has not been cleaned or cleaned for a long time, and the colloid crust blocks the pipeline. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the static mixer regularly.
⑶當固化和出膠速度均無異常，而打出的膠仍有結皮或硫化現象時，則可能是設備停機時間較長，膠槍未清洗或洗槍不夠干凈，需要將結皮或硫化膠沖洗干凈后后施工。
(3) when there is no abnormality in the curing and glue outlet speed, but there is still peeling or vulcanization of the punched glue, it may be that the equipment has been shut down for a long time, the glue gun is not cleaned or the cleaning gun is not clean enough.
