打膠機自動打膠的基本過程
一般情況下,打膠機是中空玻璃自動生產線上的后一個環節。一般在壓合段的后面,它是對已經組裝和壓合好的中空玻璃進行打膠。

(1)未打膠的玻璃由前面連接的單元送入,當玻璃到達測量裝置時停止輸送。

(2)測量總寬度W,并根據手工輸入的g1和g2值計算出打膠寬度。W-g1-g2=b

(3)測量完畢后,玻璃進入吸盤吸附區停止吸盤伸出完全吸附后吸盤與輸送帶同步向打膠區輸送。
(3) After the measurement is completed, the glass enters the suction cup adsorption area and stops the suction cup stretching out for complete adsorption. After that, the suction cup and the conveyor belt are transported to the glue area synchronously.
(4)當玻璃尾邊到達槍頭時,停止傳送,進行定位后,升降機構上升開始進行一邊打膠。

(5)當上升到玻璃上邊緣時,由測量機構測量玻璃的高度H值,槍頭翻轉90度、下支撐就翻上、槍頭位、角注膠后,玻璃開始反向輸送,對上邊(二邊)進行打膠。
(5) When it rises to the upper edge of the glass, the measuring mechanism measures the height H value of the glass. After the gun head is turned 90 degrees, the lower support is turned up, and the gun head is positioned and the corner is filled with glue, the glass starts to be transported in reverse, and the upper (two sides) are filled with glue.
(6)當按測量好的長度輸送完畢,打完上邊后,槍頭翻轉90度、就位、角注膠后。槍頭向下運動,對第三邊進行打膠。
(6) When the conveying is completed according to the measured length, and the upper edge is drilled, the gun head is turned 90 degrees, in place, and the corner is filled with glue. The gun head moves downward to apply glue to the third side.

(7)槍頭到達底邊后翻轉90度、就位、角注膠。玻璃向前輸送,對底邊(第四邊)進行打膠,并按測量好的長度值運動。進行第四角注膠。完成打膠。
(7) Turn the gun head 90 degrees after reaching the bottom edge, put it in place, and inject glue into the corner. The glass is transported forward, the bottom (fourth side) is glued and moved according to the measured length value. Carry out glue injection for the fourth corner. Complete glue application.
(8)打膠完畢后,吸盤脫離并返回原來區域,玻璃繼續向前移動。到達輸送段后延時停止。由人工取下打好膠的玻璃。下一片玻璃進入打膠區,開始下一個循環。
(8) After the glue is applied, the suction cup will disengage and return to the original area, and the glass will continue to move forward. It stops after reaching the conveying section. Remove the glued glass manually. The next piece of glass enters the glue area and starts the next cycle.
