雙組份打膠機的操作流程

1.接通電源（380V 三相四線）和氣源（0.6-0.7MPa）。

2.打開A,B膠供膠閥門，關(guān)閉B膠回流閥門。

3.在控制面板上選擇“開機”然后檢查一下A,B膠是否工作正常。此時供膠機混膠工作準(zhǔn)備就緒。

4、如果長時間不用（超過15分鐘）或者是下班時要在控制面板上選擇“沖槍”，然后打開B膠回流閥門，關(guān)閉B膠供膠閥門.此時供膠機沖槍準(zhǔn)備工作就緒。

5、每次操作前確保設(shè)備的水平度，調(diào)整機器的水平度，調(diào)節(jié)地腳的高度使機身水平。

6、接通電源后先檢查各電機的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確，接通與CL—A—01打膠機的膠管，信號。
