打膠機打完膠后對于中空膠固化慢這個問題，

a：環(huán)境溫度低所造成的固化速度慢。解決方法：提高使用環(huán)境和養(yǎng)護環(huán)境溫度，如采用密閉空間設(shè)置暖房、空調(diào)升溫等方法；

目前市面上中空膠通常都是雙組分，雙組份膠與單組分膠在固化機理上是有明顯區(qū)別的。雙組份膠配方中已含有固化所需要的水分，不受空氣中水汽的影響，混合好后里外同時固化，可深度固化，但雙組分膠在環(huán)境溫度偏低、B組份偏少時，固化速度會變慢。
